1. Scope and responsible business
This policy applies to divinemercydelivery.com and website inquiries received by Divine Mercy Delivery LLC (also called “DMD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It does not replace a separate privacy, confidentiality, or business associate agreement that may govern an accepted delivery service.
DMD LLC is located at 4889 Old Highway 8, Suite 308, Mounds View, Minnesota 55112. You may call 612-460-0621 or use our online contact form.
2. Personal data we collect
| Category | Examples | Why we use it |
|---|---|---|
| Contact details | Name, email address, and optional phone number | Respond to you and coordinate a requested service |
| Inquiry details | Requested service, pickup area, destination, timing, frequency, and handoff notes | Evaluate, quote, schedule, and document the request |
| Technical and security data | IP address, browser/device signals, request metadata, and bot-verification result | Operate and secure the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors |
| Communications | Follow-up emails, calls, and records created if an inquiry becomes a customer relationship | Provide service, maintain business records, and resolve questions or claims |
We do not use this website to collect payments or create user accounts. We do not knowingly collect protected health information through the public form.
3. How we use and disclose data
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, plan and provide requested services, authenticate legitimate form submissions, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims.
We may disclose only what is reasonably necessary to:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site and provides Turnstile bot verification;
- our email and communications providers, which deliver your inquiry to our private business inbox;
- delivery partners or service providers involved in a request, after appropriate confirmation and safeguards;
- professional advisers, insurers, auditors, or authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required; and
- a successor in a lawful merger, acquisition, financing, or sale, subject to applicable privacy obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for targeted advertising, and we do not profile visitors to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Website technology
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Turnstile runs browser challenges and processes technical signals about the visitor or browser; its token is then validated by our server. Cloudflare handles that information under its own privacy terms.
We do not currently run advertising or behavioral analytics cookies. The site loads fonts from Google; a visitor’s browser may send ordinary network information, such as an IP address and browser headers, to Google when requesting those files.
5. Retention and security
Website inquiries are generally kept for up to 24 months after the last interaction. If an inquiry becomes a delivery or customer relationship, related records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for the service, accounting, tax, insurance, regulatory, dispute, or legal-hold requirements. Security data controlled by us is kept only as long as reasonably needed for security and troubleshooting. Service providers may apply their own documented retention schedules.
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including encrypted web transport, server-side bot verification, restricted recipient access, and data minimization. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If Minnesota’s breach-notification law applies, we will provide required notice in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, subject to its lawful exceptions.
6. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to DMD or the processing, you may have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Because we do not engage in those latter activities, no separate opt-out mechanism is presently needed.
To make a privacy request, use the contact form with “Privacy request” in the message, call 612-460-0621, or write to our address above. Describe your request and the contact information used in your inquiry. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable.
If we deny a request that carries an appeal right under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act, submit the same way with “Privacy Appeal” in the message. We will explain our decision and, where applicable, how to contact the Minnesota Attorney General. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
7. Children
This business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request deletion.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be displayed prominently when required.
